Does Keel send emails without asking me?
No. Keel writes the reply and you press Send. On Business you can let Keel answer a few routine kinds of email by itself, like "thanks, we got it". Complaints, prices and unconfirmed dates always wait for a person.
Can our whole team share one inbox?
Yes. Everyone on the plan sees the same emails, and each email shows who's on it. You can leave team notes that only colleagues see, and while someone is replying, the others see it, so a customer never gets two answers. Each morning Keel sums up what's waiting and what to handle first.
What files can Keel learn from?
PDFs with text, Word documents, text and CSV files, up to 15 MB each: price lists, FAQs, terms, handbooks. For each email Keel finds the part that answers it and shows which file it used. Files marked internal guide the reply, but Keel never quotes them to customers.
Who counts as a person on the plan?
Everyone who signs in to Keel to read or send email. You can add or remove people at any time, and the price changes from the next bill.
Where is my email kept?
Emails are fetched from your inbox when Keel needs them and are not shared with other customers. On Enterprise, Keel and its AI model run on your own server.
Does Keel protect us from phishing?
Yes, on every plan. Keel checks each email for the signs of phishing: a sender Gmail couldn't confirm, names and addresses that copy someone else, links that hide where they go, and risky attachments. Suspicious emails get a clear warning with the reasons, and Keel won't write a reply to them unless you ask it to.
Which email accounts work?
Gmail works today. Tell us what you use if it's something else.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The live demo shows Keel with a sample inbox, with no sign-up needed.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month. Yearly plans run to the end of the year you've paid for.
